Renowned Pune-based musician, Derek Julien, passed away at Jehangir Hospital, Pune, due to post-COVID pneumonia. He was 70.

The Little Drummer Boy

Friday, 14 April, 2017, Pune: The Dragonette Project gig in Pune was a good place to be yesterday night, for many reasons. Here’s one of those reasons: a segment where young drummer Saket Rao held centre-stage in stellar fashion in the company of his very illustrious band mates – his solo at the end of The Waterfront’s South Bombay Blues earned a well deserved applause from Roger Dragonette.
