Anna Mellberg Karlsson is Chief Cabin Safety and CRM Instructor at Novair, Sweden. A well known and respected cabin crew training professional, Anna is also the moderator of the Cabin Crew Conference stream at the European Aviation Training Symposium (EATS), organised by Halldale Media’s CAT Magazine.
