When I move on, my opportunity to make a difference would have moved on with me. In death there is no glory nor in any legacy after death because the living will usurp it to suit their ambitions.
My life then is my only opportunity to make a difference, the time is here and now at every stage of my life, my enemy is the ego that desires recognition and my only chance of actually doing something to meet the goal is to focus only on doing what I set out to do and when that is complete, to move onto the next one and the next and then the next, till, one day it all ends, and I pass into oblivion, and only my work is left behind, and the world may then judge the consequence of my life, and the impact – if any – of its entirety.
